Wooster falls to Pittsburgh in overtime, 5-4 (OT)

James Unger gave Pittsburgh a 5-4 (OT) victory over Wooster when he scored 3:12 into the extra period.

Pittsburgh came back from a two-goal deficit to capture the victory. Pittsburgh fell behind 4-2 after a goal by Wooster\’s Brad Sneed at 12:23 in the third period. Pittsburgh knotted things up at 4-4 on a power play goal by James Stiles at 19:01 in the third period.

Pittsburgh\’s offense rang up 34 shots on Wooster\’s net. Pittsburgh surpassed its usual scoring output this season. Pittsburgh has scored at the pace of 2.7 goals per game during the current campaign. Team\’s forwards weren\’t the only contributers offensively, and the team\’s defensemen showcased their scoring touch with two goals.

Others who scored for Pittsburgh included Cedric Calhoun, Dominick Glavach, and Darrien Sroka, who each put in one.
