Point Mallard beats Sugar Land 11-2 as Dukus gets hat trick

The Sugar Land Imperials could not stop the Point Mallard Ducks\’ Grant Dukus, who tallied a hat trick in an 11-2 win.

Dukus got on the scoresheet 51 seconds into the second period. He then added goals at 8:25 into the third and at 18:29 into the third.

Referees had their hands full with a major incident at 4:12 into the second period. Twelve fighting penalties were dished out along with four game misconducts.
