Breezy Point falls to Chicago in overtime, 4-3 (OT)

The Chicago Junior Bulldogs\’ Michael Ellis scored 3:17 into overtime to beat the Breezy Point North Stars, 4-3 (OT).

Chicago was sparked by Ellis, who finished with one goal.

The Junior Bulldogs\’ penalty box was a popular destination as the team totaled six minors and one major for 37 minutes in penalty time. The total exceeded the 29.0 minutes per game Chicago had been spending in the box. The Junior Bulldogs excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in five chances.

Chicago additionally got points from Toms Taurins, who also tallied one goal and one assist and Niko Moulakelis, who also registered one goal and one assist. Scott Schroeder also scored for Chicago.
